Financial Aid For Current Undergraduate Students

Willamette University works as a partner with students and parents in the financial aid process.

Students

Willamette is committed to helping families meet college costs. We offer online resources to help students apply for financial aid along with admission. For each admitted student, we build financial aid packages around the student’s merit scholarship (when applicable), followed by need-based grants, loans and work-study.

Financial aid packages help bridge the gap between a family’s expected family contribution (EFC) and the cost of attending college. (EFC is determined by the FAFSA.) While students and their families ultimately own the responsibility of paying for college, at Willamette 99 percent of students receive financial aid.

Scholarships

All undergraduate admitted applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships of up to $20,000 per year.
