This is the form that clubs who are requesting funds must fill out.
Only submit digital copies the VP of Finance, please.

Please remember to turn this in with your funding
request form even if you don't have any inventory.
2012-2013 ASWU Student Organization G/L Access Form
This form will give you access to your club's ASWU and
non-ASWU account. This must be filled out every year to
update access. Please return to Renee Jaime in the Student
Activities Office on the 2nd Floor of the UC.
This lists all of the requests/allocations that were made by ASWU to student organizations during the Fall.
This lists all of the requests/allocations that were made by ASWU to student organizations for the round immediately before Winter Break.
This lists all of the requests/allocations that were made by ASWU to student organizations during the Spring
