Spring Budget Hearings from 10AM-4PM in Ford 102 (Kremer Board Room). Finance Board begins to draft the initial Fall 2012 ASWU Budget.

VP of Finance presents budget to the ASWU Senate for confirmation at ASWU Senate meeting in Montag Den at 7pm

The Fall budget will be emailed to all club Presidents and Treasurers

All receipts and reimbursement requests (with the signature of the VP of Finance) for first semester must be submitted by Friday, December 14th at 5PM.
