ASWU groups receive one free three-hour event per semester up to $150.*

Note for larger events: A spider box may be required for events with a large amount of equipment. You will be notified upon requesting the event if a spider box needs to be requested from Willamette Facilities.
*Clubs cannot give away their free event to other clubs.
**Smaller performances in the Bistro will be charged for the price of an open mic plus an additional hour of labor
