ACADEMIC SUPPORT

Philosophy/Goal

Academic success, or the lack thereof, is often a source of fear, apprehension, and self doubt for many first-year law students. MLSA's program of academic support is designed to address these fears.  Many second and third year students have already read the cases, memorized the rules, and done well on the exams. Our aim is to minimize the torture and agony inherent in achieving academic success by passing that wisdom on without all the drama associated with a gripping Socratic dialogue.    So whether you are hoping to make law review, pass contracts, or simply trying to look good in front of your classmates, please visit with us during our office hours or contact us independently.

Scared of that demanding law school curriculum?  Can't take another round of riveting Socratic dialogue?  Did that last LRW memo teach you what it means to cry like a baby?  MLSA can ease these fears with a group of people who know best what you're going through -- second and third year law students.

Office Hours

Second and third year MLSA members will make themselves available to answer questions about first year classes.  Office hours will be posted very shortly.
