Photo Club offers event photography services for all clubs, organizations, and departments on campus. A form to request Photo Club services will be added to our website shortly.

All event photography requests must be made a week before the event.

Rates

  • $20 per hour (for one photographer, limit 1-3 hours) - Please specify if you want a photo station or simply candid photos
  • $30 late request fee - for events that request services with less that a week notice


Request Procedure

Please email Lauren Vannini <lvannini> to request services with the following information clearly labeled. 

  • Contact name and information (email, number) - this person must be available the day of the event
  • Club, organization, or department
  • Account number
  • Date of event
  • Time of event (please include the number of hours that you want the photographer present)
  • Location of the event
  • Type of service - candid photos, posed photos, photo station, etc.
  • Any additional information that the photographer may need

Within 48 hours, the photographer will contact you in order to arrange plans for giving you the digital photo files. Sorry, we do not make prints.
