A BILL FOR AN ACT

Relating to crime. Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + (1) A person commits the crime of unlawful handling of fetal tissue if the person with criminal negligence exports from this state, imports into this state, possesses, buys, sells, transfers or donates any tissue from an aborted fetus knowing that the tissue will be used for medical research or implantation into the body of another person. (2) Unlawful handling of fetal tissue is a Class C felony. + } ----------
