Art Wall Agreement

I acknowledge by signing below, that I  have read the rules and procedures for the use of the Art Wall. In addition, I have pre-approved my design with Alex Aleman <waleman>, Publicity Co-Chair of the Willamette Events Board. I understand that the cost of using the Art Wall is $1 per day of use for up to seven days. Any violations will result in termination of ability to use the Art Wall for one (1) whole year and that I may be asked to change the content. I will take full responsibility for any damage to the Art Wall, the paint supplies, surrounding area, or paint facility that I may cause. I understand that there is a $25 fine for any violation or damage.  Violations include not removing my work from the Art Wall by the below end date.
