Please attach a detailed sketch of the proposed content to be painted or posted on the art wall. 

Note: This will be considered the exact design; any changes to the content will need to be approved before painting can begin. Any unapproved changes will result in termination of contract.  Please read the Art Wall Guidelines for further information as well as sign the Art Wall User Contract which can be e-mailed.
