Day-of Information
This year's festival will feature a brand new format. Unlike past years, we will be running the student portion of the festival (i.e. games, student acts, booths, food, art, etc.) from 11am-5pm on Brown Field. This allows us to open up the main stage at 5pm sharp so that we can have it closed down by 11pm to avoid disturbing our neighbors and to allow festival goers time to travel back to their homes so that they can get a good night's sleep. As always the festival is ABSOLUTELY FREE to all attendees.
Daytime (11:00-5:00)
The first half of the festival focuses on activities and booths. These include student organizations and clubs as well
as community groups. Among the activities provided to festival goers are a film festival, art show, and student musical acts. This year we will also feature a beer garden that will be open for a GOLD alumni happy hour from 5-6, and to Willamette students from 6-10pm.
During the day there are many non-Wulapalooza sponsored activities and booths provided by various student groups.
Last year they included:
Dorm Wars, SHE flea market, Locks for Love, Ten Thousand Villages, pie toss, rubber ducky race, Alaska Club salmon bake,
Korea Club food booth, and many more.
Evening (5pm-11pm)
The evening portion of the festival is mainly an awesome concert on Brown Field. See the Lineup page for more details about the bands.
