Some of this faculty member's accomplishments include:

• 1998-2006, Principal, Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration Project Site (Auburn Elementary School - Salem, Oregon). Provided instructional and managerial leadership for Salem-Keizer's largest elementary school, an ethnically and socio-economically diverse community with high-needs students and mobile population. Presented school's program model at national conferences.
• 1987-1997, School Improvement Program Assistant, Salem Keizer Schools, Coordinated and provided staff development and training for district improvement efforts. Provided curriculum, instructional, and assessment training and support at elementary, middle and high schools.
