Position Description:
Telefund callers work as University representatives, contacting alumni, parents and friends. Callers report to the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Telefund Management Team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Using Telefund calling software, contact Willamette University alumni, parents and friends to:
Request support for the Willamette Fund Provide information on campus events and news
Collect feedback and answer questions
Update alumni records as needed
Record contribution information
Other team calling projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Excellent phone communication & organizational skills
Ability to represent Willamette University in a professional, positive manner
Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule throughout the semester
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be a current student of Willamette University.
