Serves as a member of WITS Operations and Technical Services teams. Supports telecom/network databases; coordinates and programs telephone adds, moves and changes; researches telephone equipment and repair part purchases; troubleshoots minor telephone problems; maintains telephone filing; assists in assignment of WITS service requests.
