of WITS operations team; oversees reception, purchasing,
inventory, scheduling, sales, payroll, billing, delivery
and pickup of equipment, service request processing; assists
directors with maintaining departmental accounts and tracking
budget activities; arranges for travel, conferences and
meetings for all WITS staff; orders supplies; develops and maintains office
files; trains and supervises student workers; answers and
routes telephone calls; greets visitors; responds to inquiries;
oversees administrative printing activities.
