What Happened to Webmail?

As of Feb 1, 2012 the services of webmail.willamette.edu have been shut off. University email is being serviced by Google Apps For Education

I'm getting an error from my email program/phone/other device

It is possible that an email program (Thunderbird, Outlook, Mac Mail) or mobile device mail (iPhone, Android, Blackberry) still held settings allowing it to connect to our old mail servers. As of Feb 1, 2012 those connections are broken.

• If you are receiving error messages regarding an inability to connect to 'mail.willamette.edu' please contact the WITS Help Desk or your designated User Services Consultant. We can help diagnose which settings may be causing the problem.

What happened to Oracle Calendar?

As of Feb 1, 2012 the services of Oracle Calendar and cal.willamette.edu have been shut off. University calendaring is being handled by Google Calendar
