Computer Lab Printers
Black and white printing is available to all WU community members, free of cost, in most of the campus computer labs. For a full list of lab locations, please go to:
http://willamette.edu/wits/facilities/facilities_overview.html

Web Print
All users on the campus network can use Web Print on their personal machines to send a print job to a virtual print queue on Willamette's server. You can then log into the Web Print tool to release your job from the queue and send it to an available printer in the library or a computer lab. For set-up instructions, please go to:
http://willamette.edu/wits/groups/helpdesk/documentation/webprint/

Color Printing
Students can print in color and high quality black & white at the PawPrints, located on the first floor of the UC, by the Mail Center, for a small fee. All public printers are draft-quality black & white only.

Copy Center Printers
Staff and Faculty may send print jobs directly to the high capacity printers in the Print/Design Center (1st Floor, Waller Hall). For information and instructions, please go to:
http://willamette.edu/wits/groups/helpdesk/documentation/printers/copy_center.html

Personal Printers in Residence Halls
Students may also bring their own printers if they wish. For installation and configuration, you should follow the instructions that came with your printer. If you need technical assistance, you should call the printer's manufacturer (tech support phone numbers are usually provided with the documentation that came with your printer).

Printing Etiquette
Willamette University supports sustainability. Printers are a shared resource on this campus, and it is very important that each user does his or her part to be courteous to fellow users and to conserve paper and toner.
