Need R and R Studio installed on your Mac or PC? Fear not, it's amazingly simple!
Install R first, then install R Studio (which gives it a more familiar graphical interface)
Download and install R (Choose your OS at the site):
http://cran.rstudio.com/
THEN
Download and install the free version of R Studio (Choose your OS at the site):
http://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/
