Blackboard Course Request Form

• Only Faculty and Staff may request a Blackboard course.
• Courses are created as self-enrolling by default. Once the course is created you should inform your students that they will need to enroll in your course. WITS has created a handout that may assist your students through the self-enrollment process: http://www/willamette.edu/wits/resources/blackboard/student-intro.htm
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your course has been created.
