Network Setup Charges for Administrative and Academic Offices

New Network Connection Outlet: $200 plus $50 per hour beyond 4 hours

Network Cards
  • PC: $25
  • Power Macs (if required): $75
  • Non-Power Macs: $50-$150
  • PC Cards (Mac & PC): $125
Computer Software
  • Ghost and Norton Antivirus (required on PCs): $20
  • Norton Antivirus (required on Macs): $15
Backups
  • Sabbatical hard drive backup: No charge
  • For regular office hard drive backups, users can check out a PC, Mac, or USB zip drive. Blank zip disks are available at the Willamette Store.
Computer Security
  • Security devices are required in all public access and departmental labs: $25 minimum per computer
