Help with Oracle Calendar (Corporate Time}

NOTE: CorporateTime is now known as Oracle Calendar. New computers distributed by WITS will have Oracle Calendar installed.

Oracle Calendar is licensed calendaring, time, and resource management software available to Willamette University departments through WITS. Each account holder's data is password-protected and is available on any computer where Oracle Calendar is installed, or via the Web. The level of access given to other Oracle Calendar users is completely under the control of each account holder.

Please submit a WITS Service Request listing the names of each person who needs an account. The service request includes installation of the software on your computer, if necessary. The cost of the license is $50 per user. If you need more information about Oracle Calendar, please contact WITS.

Installation

If you are using CorporateTime 4.2 or 5.1, uninstall that software first:
1. Open the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
2. Select CorporateTime.
3. Click Remove.
4. When uninstall is complete, close all programs and restart your computer.
5. Return to this page and proceed to step 2.
Click the link below to download the installer (be sure to make a note of where you save the file; a convenient choice is your desktop).
When the download is complete, locate the file you downloaded and double-click to run the installer.
Once installation begins, simply follow the directions on the screen. The Windows installer will install the program in the Program Files directory.
First time users: Download the Oracle Calendar Sign-in document after you have installed the software (see Documentation below). You will need this information to sign-in to CorporateTime for the first time.

Synchronize with your Handheld Computer (Palm Pilots Only)

Your Oracle Calendar Agenda, Task List, and Address Book can be synchronized with any handheld device running the Palm operating system. Please submit a WITS Service Request to have the Oracle Calendar Synchronization installed and configured for your account.
