Lecture Capture Guidelines & Policies
Tegrity is the supported lecture capture service at Willamette. It is available to all departments and schools. The Tegrity recorder is installed on teaching station computers in technology-equipped classrooms and can be installed on faculty office and personal computers. WITS staff are available to provide installation assistance, hands-on training and ongoing support to Tegrity users.
Tegrity can be used to record full-length in-class and pre-class lectures as well as short learning modules and lecture follow-ups.
Tegrity is integrated with WISE to provide course-based authentication and authorization to create and view recordings. To use Tegrity, add the Tegrity tool to your WISE site(s) (Site Info>Edit Tools). Click on the "Tegrity" link in the Course Tools link on the left site of the course site to launch the Tegrity environment and display the Tegrity site that matches your WISE site. In the Tegrity interface, click the "My Tegrity" link to display all courses that have recordings.
