House Bill 2359 resolves a number of clean-up issues that became apparent after the passage of a major revision of Oregon judgment laws in 2003. Among other things, the bill clarifies jurisdictional requirements for appellate review of a judgment and clarifies those provisions of a judgment that are necessary to create a judgment lien.
