The Commission's Biennial Reports

• Biennial Report of the Oregon Law Commission 2009-2011

  The 2009-2011 Biennial Report contains lists of the Commissioners and staff, meeting dates for the Law Commission, information on the Program Committee, a memo on Work Group members' professionalism in the Memorandum of Understanding, questions and answers about the Law Commission in a Quick Fact Sheet, and a summary of the Work Groups' possible future directions.  Most importantly, the Legislative Package of seven bills and one recommendation are summarized.

• Biennial Report of the Oregon Law Commission 2007-2009 (pdf)

  The 2007-2009 Biennial Report contains lists of the Commissioners and staff, meeting dates for the Law Commission, information on the Program Committee, a memo on Work Group members' professionalism in the Memorandum of Understanding, questions and answers about the Law Commission in a Quick Fact Sheet, and a summary of the Work Groups' possible future directions.  Most importantly, the Legislative Package of eight bills are summarized.
