"Motherhood and the Law" Symposium

Sponsored by the Women's Law Caucus, Mary Leonard Law Society and the Office of Career and Professional Development, this symposium will explore the importance of having women on the Bench; workplace realities facing mothers today; recent court decisions denying women the right to express breast milk at work and how working mothers can be litigators, too.
Panelists include Professor Warren Binford, Director of the Clinical Law Program; Judge Darlene Ortega, Oregon Court of Appeals; Judge Mary James, Marion County Circuit Court; Professor Yvonne Tamayo.
