Court Certification
Court Certification for the state of Oregon
After completing four semesters of full time study at the end of their second year, law students in good academic standing who have successfully completed Professional Responsibility and Evidence may apply for court certification to appear in court. Please read the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon Rules for Admission of Attorneys in regards to the Law Student Appearance Program. Remit your application to the Office of Student Services for processing.

You may also visit the Washington State Bar for information about and the application for the Washington Rule 9 Legal Interns. Remit your application to the Washington State Bar Association for processing.
