Interlibrary Loan Services

Staff-Initiated

Interlibrary loans for academic purposes are available to law students, law/management joint degree students and law faculty for materials that are not available through Willamette University or Orbis Cascade Alliance libraries.

Self-Initiated

Willamette students and faculty may borrow through the Orbis Cascade Alliance, a library consortium of Northwest academic institutions. You may initiate a request while using the Summit catalog. Once you have identified an item that you wish to borrow, simply follow the on-screen instructions, starting with "REQUEST SUMMIT ITEM". Available materials will be delivered to the Mark O. Hatfield Library, usually within two working days, and you will be notified by e-mail.
