Willamette University College of Law -- along with the school's certificate programs in Law and Government and Sustainability Law, the Willamette Law Review and the Center for Sustainable Communities -- seeks submission of scholarly papers from all disciplines exploring the Implementation of the Human Right to Water in the West.

The conference will be held February 3-5, 2011, at Willamette's law school in Salem, Ore.
