Top Venture Capital Experts Talk
The Willamette Law Review and Willamette College of Law's Program in Law and Business are co-sponsoring a symposium entitled "Venture Capital After the Bubble," March 5, 2004 in Portland, Ore. Open to both practicing attorneys and law students, the symposium will feature leading financial and legal experts from top law schools and the world of venture capital. The program will include speakers, commentary and round table discussion.
Program speakers and commentators include Jeffery MacIntosh, University of Toronto, Gordon Smith, University of Wisconsin Law School, William Campbell, Ater Wynne LLP, Kate Litvak, Columbia Law School, David Chen, OVP Venture Partners, William Bratton Georgetown Law School, Marcus Cole, Stanford Law School, Erich Merrill, Miller Nash LLP, Victor Fleischer, UCLA School of Law, Donald Krahmer, Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, Vincent Chiapetta and Peter Letsou, Willamette College of Law and Todd Bauman, Stoel Rives LLP.
The event will be held March 5, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Two World Trade Center, 25 SW Salmon St, Portland, Ore. Oregon Continuing Legal Education credits pending: 6.5 (approval expected shortly). Registration $100 (post-marked by Feb. 25, 2004); $125 (post-marked after Feb. 25, 2004), includes lunch.
