The Associated Students of Willamette University

The Associated Students of Willamette University (ASWU) advocates for and represents the interests of the students of Willamette University before internal and external bodies, including providing for student representation and participation on University committees.

ASWU provides a formal means of communication and interaction among students, student organizations, faculty and the University administration, as well as providing a process for students to participate fully in the allocation of student funds for student clubs and organizations.

ASWU consists of 4 Executive Officers, 21 Senators, the ASWU Finance Board, the ASWU Elections Board, ASWU Sound, the TIUA Buddy Program, Class Councils, the Collegiate Readership Program, and 20+ student appointments to University committees.
