• Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility
• Usenix/SAGE - Unix >IS< user friendly, its just picky about who its friends are!
• ACM - Association for Computing Machinery (W.U. has a local chapter!)
• IEEE or IEEE Computer Society

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day: If you are not home by then, you are in deep trouble.
