our CLASS, we're STARting to diSCUSS the enVIRONment and the FUture of the
PLAnet. FIRST, I'll exPLAIN the JapanESE word mottainai. AFTER
that, I'd LIKE to ASK you some QUEstions so we can comPARE our iDEas?"

work with the Willamette students to discover differences in non-verbal communication
between Caucasian/long-time/mainstream Americans and the Japanese.
D. We will look at symbols for
non-verbal communication in E-mail.
