Link to Another Page in your website

  1. Highlight the words or image you want to use as a link.
  2. In the Properties Toolbar (i.e. formatting text) click the blue folder. Browse to the page you want to link to. Highlight that page and click "Choose".

Link to Another Website

  1. Highlight the words or image you want to use as a link.
  2. Click in the Properties Toolbar (i.e. formatting text) in the "Link" box. Type or paste in the URL (web address) where you want it to go. Press return.

Link Inside your Webpage (create an anchor)

  1. Locate your cursor at the place you want to have the link go.
  2. In the menu go to "Insert: Invisible Tags: Anchor". Name the anchor and click "OK".
  3. Highlight the words or image that you want to be the link to the anchor.
  4. In the Properties Toolbar (i.e. formatting text) click and hold on the target between the "Link" box and the blue folder. Drag the arrow down to the anchor. When it is highlighted and you see the name of the anchor in the "Link" box, let go of the arrow.

Create a "Flash Button"

  1. Locate your cursor at the place you want to have the button.
  2. In the Objects Toolbar click on "Flash Button"
  3. Choose a button style, write the text you want on the button, and type or paste in the URL (web address) where you want it to go. If you want the link to be a different page, click on "Browse" and find the page in your public_html folder.
  4. Click "OK"

Create "Flash Text"

  1. Locate your cursor at the place you want to have the text.
  2. In the Objects Toolbar click on "Flash Text"
  3. Write the text in the box.
  4. Choose a font style, size, and color for the original text
  5. Choose a color for the rollover text (the color it will change to when you roll your cursor over the text).
  6. Type or paste in a URL (web address) where you want the link to go. If you want the link to be a different page, click on "Browse" and find the page in your public_html folder.
  7. Click "OK"

Insert an Image into your page

  1. Make sure the image you want is located in your public_html folder.
  2. Locate your cursor at the place you want to have the image.
  3. Click on the "Image" tool in the Object Toolbar.
  4. Browse to locate the image in your public_html folder. Highlight the image and click "Choose".
