The Hunt is On During Spring Break at the Museum
Families are invited to participate in a fun spring break activity between March 23 - March 31 at the museum. Pick up the latest Family Guide at the front desk and find works in the galleries using clues and your knowledge of art and win a prize! From the miniature to the large, and the ancient to the modern, fun and adventure is around every corner. The Family Guide is included with museum admission.
Jump start the hunt
Elizabeth Garrison, The Cameron Paulin Curator of Education, encourages families to “start the hunt before arriving by giving your family their first clue for the hunt: this building is full of art — from all over the world, from the past and present — and is located at the corner of Cottage and State Street. If they need an extra hint tell them to look for the colorful patterned windows. Once they find this first answer, they are ready to officially start the game at our front desk. Be sure to check out the patterned windows up close and your family might be very surprised by what they are made of.”
