To earn credit for Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) scores, please order a copy of your official AP score card (from the College Board website) or IB transcript (from the International Baccalaureate website) to be sent to the Willamette University Registrar's Office.

Our AP and IB credit granting policies are linked below, along with additional information regarding transfer credits.

Registration

Before the semester starts, the Office of Admission will provide you with all necessary information regarding registration for your first semester of classes

For more information about first year student registration at the College of Arts and Sciences, see below.

Navigating SAGE

Once you've set up your Willamette network account, you'll be able to access SAGE, Willamette’s internal system where you can register for classes, make changes to your enrollment, view your degree audit, plan out future semesters, update your personal information, access your unofficial transcript, and view the course catalog.

For more information on navigating SAGE (and registering in SAGE), we've linked video tutorials and infographics below.

Degree Requirements

Your degree audit in SAGE will help you keep track of your degree requirements throughout your time at Willamette. On your degree audit, you'll be able to see which requirements you've already fulfilled and which you have yet to complete. The degree audit has features to help you find classes to fulfill each requirement, plan what courses you'd like to take in current and future semesters, and even view what your degree audit would look like if you were to switch to another major!
