Willamette Law Review is published three times annually by Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. The review began publication in 1959 as the Willamette Law Journal, focusing on issues of general legal interest. Our publication now dedicates one issue every other year exclusively to Oregon issues. In addition, each year the review hosts a symposium dedicated to in-depth examination of a legal topic of current importance. The papers presented are then published in the annual symposium issue of the review.

Our goal is to provide well-researched, topical, cogent and useful legal scholarship on issues of importance to lawyers throughout the Pacific Northwest and the nation. For information on subscriptions, submitting articles, recent issues, or the upcoming symposium, please follow the links to the left.
