Foundation Fundamental Forms
The beginner starts with learning the The Foundation Fundamental Forms which are core movements upon which all the other forms are built. They exist, in one variation or another, in every other movement. For this reason, mastering them is essential because ever aspect in Tai Chi will rely on their integrity. While the forms are easy to learn, their correct execution takes time and diligent practice.

Basic Pushing Hands
The forms teaches us to know ourselves and how we function. Pushing Hands methods teaches us how to know others. Pushing Hands methods (two person sets) help you develop sensitivity to your partner's motion and intent and develop the ability to effortlessly redirect your partner's expression of force.
