- Confirm your intent to enroll. The form can be found on your application portal.
- If you plan to finance your education with federal student loans, connect with Willamette’s Office of Financial Aid.
- We need official transcripts from each school you have attended. Contact the MBA admissions team for instructions, if you have any questions.
- Upload your student ID card photo. We'll have your card ready for you to pick up when you arrive on campus.
- Confirm or update your emergency contact information.
- Complete your health history & immunization information paperwork
including your COVID-19 vaccination verification. Submit your online health history & immunization information to Bishop Wellness Center via the Student Health Portal. You'll receive an email with instructions from SaVanna Kraal, and information about SB 274 will be included per Oregon Law. - Learn more about Willamette’s student health insurance and how to waive coverage should you already have a comparable plan.
